Confirmation
Confirmations are essentially required as required by the agents. Confirmations may be given to us by, faximile, e-mail, airmail. These cnfirmation expenses have been covered in the rates/prices available.

Cancellation
Cancellation charges are not levied by DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tours, however, carriers, Hotels, Restaurant, Contractors, etc. do charge fees for LATE CANCELLATION or NO SHOW or others depending on circumstances. If charged, these will be debited to the clients/agents.

Payment
DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tours, has the policy of receiving full pre-payment only. Funds to cover the services must be available in DWI CITRA INDONESIA’s bank account latest by 14 days prior to the first service being provided by DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tour to the clients concerned. DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tour reserve the right NOT to provide services if funds are not available unless special prior approval by the Director, or their nominated person, is obtained. Any other preference will be subject to negotiations.

Vouchers
For the agent, please issue voucher(s) for the service required, clearly explaining services to be provided. The detail tour selected with its code, should be clearly stated on the voucher and only those services detailed will be provided.

Insurance
DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tour, has no liability insurance coverage. And all prices quoted do not cover any travel or personal insurance.

Liability
DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tour acts only as agent for Transportation companies, Hotels, Air carrier, and all other Contractors, and will be therefore have to disclaim responsibilities for any loss, damage, accidents, injuries to tour participants due to change of schedules or irregularities caused or arising from other circumstances . DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tours reserves also the right to change the itinerary without prior notice.

Validity
These rates are effective from 01 January 2006 to 20 December 2006. Should this cost vary, DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tour reserve the right in their sole discretion to alter its rates or any quotations at any time with or without prior notice.

Refund
DWI CITRA INDONESIA Tour, will always do our utmost to recover any amounts of money, for clients in respect of services or part of services are not used. However, clients should be informed that no definite cash money refund could be given in this respect until all details have been clarified. No cash refund will be made automatically without being processed through the the original booking sources.
